Signing in with SSO

If your organization has enabled single sign-on, you sign in to TheAccessible with your normal institutional login — the same username, password, and multi-factor prompt you use for other work systems. There's no separate TheAccessible password to remember.

How to sign in

  1. Go to pdf.gevell.com/auth/sso/start.
  2. Type your organization — either its short name or your work email address (for example you@yourschool.edu).
  3. You'll be sent to your organization's sign-in page. Enter your usual credentials and complete any multi-factor step.
  4. You'll be returned to TheAccessible, signed in and ready to go.

Your organization may also give you a direct link to bookmark that takes you straight to step 3.

The first time you sign in

The first time you use SSO, your TheAccessible account is created automatically — you don't need an invitation. Your name and email come from your organization's directory.

Troubleshooting

"Sign-in failed" or you're sent back to the start. Your account may not be fully set up yet, or your email domain may not be recognized. Contact your organization's IT/help desk — they manage the connection.

You don't see your organization / the link doesn't work. Double-check you typed the right organization name or used your work email (not a personal address). If it still doesn't work, contact your IT team.

You're already signed in somewhere else. Signing out of TheAccessible doesn't sign you out of your organization account, and vice versa. Use your organization's normal sign-out for that.
